Scoop: new Kawasaki scooter spotted in Milan!

Gossip - The first Kawasaki scooter is ready for production? Maybe: a mysterious scooter was noticed these days on the streets of Milan. Very aggressive in design, it should have a 300 cm3 engine, with sporty suspension and brakes.
That’s big news!
It could be the scoop of the year: we received a phone call from a reader, claiming to have seen on the streets of Milan a "sporty" scooter, with the Kawasaki name printed on the plastic body. It would be a radical change of direction, as Kawasaki has been the only Japanese bike manufacturer not to have any scooter in its model range. The spotting is confirmed by www.grisoguzzi.it, an internet forum which adds some further details, starting with the name: the scooter should be called J300, an acronym that suggests an "intermediate" engine (300-400 cm3), and will have tuned suspension and braking system. The design is 100% Kawasaki, featuring sporty lines and the typical green / black paint. As confirmed by the user of the forum, the scooter had no aesthetic "camouflage", typical of prototypes, but looked almost definitive. The reason for the unusual visibility of the finished product could be related to the realization of a commercial: the J300 was escorted by a crew of photographers and models, which could mean a debut in a short time; perhaps already at EICMA Show, in Milan, next November. Unfortunately, neither our reader nor the user of the forum were quick enough to take some shootings. To give you an idea of how the japanese scooter could look like, however, we propose the interpretation given a few years ago by designer Oberdan Bezzi. In this sketch, the Ninja “spirit” is obvious: we wonder if Kawasaki has had the same idea ...
